Bombay Design Lab ("BDL", "we") is a furniture and interior design studio based in Mumbai, India. This notice explains how we handle the personal details you share with us through this website.

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type in. That is all — this site sets no analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.

Why we collect it. Solely to read and respond to your enquiry — about a piece, a commission, an interior project, or a trade relationship. We do not use your details for automated marketing, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.

Where it goes. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our studio email, which runs on Google Workspace. Both providers process this data on our behalf. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, those messages live in those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it. If you'd like your details removed, ask — see below.

Your choices. You can ask us at any time what details of yours we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to studio@bombaydesignlab.com and we will act on it promptly.
