Monolith
Sculpted in copper, its radiant surface shifting with the light.
It looks like a solid block that someone decided to hollow out and sit in — more monument than chair, bold and elemental. The one concession to comfort is a gently curved backrest that softens the mass without breaking the line.
Finished by hand, so no two surfaces are quite alike, and it keeps changing as the day's light moves across it. It looks immovable. It's surprisingly comfortable.
